Well, hip hip hooray, Uni has finished for the year, the semester finally done and dusted! Now to try and get some normality back into life.
The craft fair is fast approaching, umm mmmm....like this week-end and I am no way organised. I doubt very much the 'Christmas Trees in a Cup' are going to get finished, let alone the array of Gingerbread men that need to be painted! Motivation seems to be on holiday,!
Had a lovely time on the weekend with family, always love it when they come to stay. My nephew Jack was playing at the 'Blues Festival' in Bridgetown. Reality hit however when they departed saying 'catch you at Christmas'. As I was about to say, 'that long before we catch up?' when I suddenly realised 'it is only 5 weeks away'.... how ridiculous is that?!! Are any of you feeling like me and I know we often say it "where has the year gone?", but seriously this year has just flown by. It really brings home the cliche "Stop and smell the roses". It is so easy to get caught up in the demands of life.
On that note, had better start on some of these crafts for the fair, enforce some motivation in the body... well lets have a cup of coffee first.
